Hypnosis is a natural state of mind, sometimes mistakenly thought of as sleep, being unconscious or not being in control.
Actually hypnosis is focused awareness or concentrated absorption where the critical mind is quietened, to access the benefits of the whole mind, in a simple process of relaxation and suggestion where unwanted behaviours or attitudes may be changed.
In line with government recommendations I will be offering sessions following Covid Safe guidelines for clients attending in person. I will also continue to offer sessions remotely via Zoom. Online sessions have been very successful during lockdown and I am continuing to offer this service, however it is great to be meeting clients in person again in the consulting room. Social distancing is in place with air circulation, for example with open windows, weather permitting and antibacterial gel provided and thorough cleansing in place between clients.
