Hypnosis is a natural state of mind, sometimes mistakenly thought of as sleep, being unconscious or not being in control.
Hypnosis is actually focused awareness or concentrated absorption where the critical mind is quietened, to access the benefits of the whole mind. This allows a simple process of relaxation and suggestion where unwanted behaviours or attitudes may be changed.
Sessions are offered either in-person in our consulting room in Bath or remotely via zoom.
